FAQs

How do you make your doodle earrings? I do not teach how to make my designs. Copying of my doodle designs is prohibited as I hold copyright over my doodle earring collection.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic? Yes. All earrings either use surgical stainless steel or thick 14k gold plating on top of surgical stainless steel.

Where do you ship? Pretty much everywhere. If you don't see your country supported at checkout, feel free to DM us on Instagram or use the contact button at the bottom of the page.

What's your return/refund policy? Currently I am not accepting returns, exchanges, or refunds. If anything happens please send me an email or use the site's contact form. Issues will be addressed on a case by case basis.

How can I clean/care for my shoe charms? Please do not RIP or PULL on your shoe charms from above to pull them out. Please push the charms out from inside your shoe as this will help ensure the charm does not get damaged (eg. tearing off segments of the charm). For cleaning: Clay charms you can use dish soap and cold water. Punch needle charms hand wash in sink with cold water and a mild detergent/stain remover (leave out to air dry).

How can I clean my resin housewares (eg. coasters, candle holders, etc)? Water and a mild soap (eg. dish soap) is totally fine. Just make sure to dry your pieces thoroughly afterwards.

How can I clean my punch needle rug/piece? Please HAND WASH any punch needle items in COLD water with a mild laundry detergent/stain remover, AIR DRY ONLY. Cold water and air drying is necessary for these pieces as some of my yarns are 100% wool and 100% cotton, so serious shrinking/damage can occur if you do not use cold water / air drying.

Is your packaging sustainable/environmentally friendly? Currently I'm making the transition to 100% compostable/biodegradable packaging. Some orders will arrive in a cardboard box with kraft or newspaper fill which is all 100% compostable/biodegradable. Some orders on the other hand may arrive in a plastic bubble mailer. This is because of having some leftover stock of bubble mailers that need to be used up. Once my stock of bubble mailers are depleted, I will no longer be using any plastic packaging.
